Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to boost the organic visibility of M3aarf.com, a leading online learning platform in the Arab world. You will work closely with Content, Product, and Engineering teams to develop and execute a scalable SEO strategy that drives course enrollments and certificate purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve crawling, indexing, rendering, and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and structured data.
• Perform keyword research, search intent analysis, and on‑page optimization of titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and content structure.
• Develop content strategies, identify gaps, and collaborate with writers to create SEO‑optimized articles and landing pages.
• Design and execute white‑hat link‑building campaigns and monitor backlink quality.
• Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and user behavior using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools; produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, AI‑powered search trends, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with a strong grasp of technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
