About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Secretary to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate meetings, manage mail, and greet visitors while providing a professional front‑desk presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize office activities, including meetings and events.
  • Oversee stock of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Greet visitors, answer inbound phone calls, and direct inquiries.
  • Handle inbound and outbound office mail and courier services.
  • Support HR in scheduling interviews, meetings, and employee transport.

Required profile

  • Experience with administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
