Security Guard Supervisor – New Capital

About the role

The Security Guard Supervisor will lead a team of security personnel across all shifts at a manufacturing site, ensuring continuous coverage, compliance with security protocols, and rapid response to incidents. This role works closely with internal departments and external partners to protect personnel, assets, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise security guards across day, night, weekend and holiday shifts, managing attendance, discipline and performance.
• Prepare and maintain duty rosters to guarantee 24/7 coverage of critical areas.
• Conduct daily briefings, relay instructions from the Security Manager, and perform regular patrols and site inspections.
• Monitor access control logs, verify visitor management procedures, and ensure proper ID checks and vehicle searches.
• Respond to incidents, compile incident reports, collect statements, and support investigations.
• Assist in onboarding and on‑the‑job training of new guards, reinforcing SOPs and emergency procedures.
• Liaise with the CCTV control room, HR, administration, law enforcement and outsourced security vendors.

Required profile

• Diploma (military or police background preferred); bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Basic security training, including first aid and fire safety, preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or corporate security, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, conflict‑resolution and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
