Security Officer

About the role

The Security Officer ensures a safe and welcoming environment for guests, employees and visitors at our Accor‑affiliated hotel. You will act as a guardian, maintaining security standards, responding to incidents and supporting the overall hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and protect guests, staff and property premises through regular patrols and crowd‑control measures.
• Investigate and document violations, accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations.
• Conduct cash counts, floor checks and enforce hotel security policies.
• Assist guests with information about hotel facilities in a helpful manner.

Required profile

• Relevant security experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable and attentive to detail.
