Security Officer – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort in Sharm El Sheikh is seeking a Security Officer to join its team. You will play a vital part in maintaining a safe environment for guests, staff, and property, ensuring the high standards of service expected at a luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol interior and exterior areas of the hotel, responding to incidents and investigating any suspicious activity.
• Document and manage guest and employee accidents, room lock issues, noise complaints, and other security‑related concerns.
• Assist guests with special needs, including providing support to handicapped visitors.
• Enforce all security and safety policies, procedures, and instructions consistently.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless security operations.

Required profile

• At least one year of professional experience in security or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to follow payroll and administrative procedures accurately.
