About the role

The Security & Safety Associate supports day‑to‑day security operations, focusing on CCTV monitoring, incident reporting and safety compliance. This entry‑level position is ideal for an energetic individual looking to grow within corporate security and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and operate CCTV systems, preparing daily surveillance reports.
• Conduct regular floor security checks and random audits of security personnel.
• Handle access‑card processes and ensure compliance with security guidelines.
• Assist in incident reporting, follow‑up actions and maintain logbooks.
• Audit inventory for stores to ensure control and accuracy.
• Support safety inspections, identify hazards and ensure protocol compliance.
• Assist with emergency procedures, evacuations and first‑aid coordination.
• Maintain proper safety documentation and follow‑up on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferably in security or safety).
• 2–3 years of experience in security and safety operations.
• Physically fit, able to patrol premises and conduct safety checks.
• High level of alertness, responsibility and integrity.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Eager to learn and develop in the field.
