Senior ACM Operationist – Agency & Community Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior ACM Operationist to lead agency and community management for our live‑streaming platform. You will act as the main liaison between agencies, hosts, and key users, driving growth and ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with agencies, hosts, and key users.
• Recruit, onboard, and support new hosts and agencies.
• Attract new users, hosts, and agencies to expand the platform.
• Provide communication support to guilds and streamers, handling emergencies calmly.
• Monitor agency and host performance against KPIs.
• Organise online events, campaigns and community activities.
• Deliver training, guidance and operational support to improve engagement and retention.
• Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for management.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in ACM, user operations, community or agency management.
• Background in live streaming, voice rooms, social apps, gaming or creator platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in user acquisition, host recruitment or agency hunting.
• Good command of English (minimum B1).
