About the role

El Abd Group is seeking a Senior After‑Sales Engineer to lead technical support for complex mechanical and electrical systems. The role combines on‑site and remote troubleshooting with strong customer interaction to ensure rapid, sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute technical support activities for mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on‑site and remotely, identifying root causes.
• Manage and prioritize customer inquiries, delivering prompt professional service.
• Carry out field service tasks including installation assistance, maintenance, and repair.
• Prepare detailed reports on service activities, technical findings, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and quality teams to convey field insights.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering continuous learning.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in after‑sales or field service engineering.
• Strong background in both Mechanical and Electrical engineering principles.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems independently.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
