Senior AI & Data Science Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI & Data Science Engineer to design and deliver AI‑driven solutions that address real business challenges and generate measurable value. You will work closely with business teams to translate needs into actionable AI use cases and build robust models and generative AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases together with business stakeholders.
• Develop, train, and fine‑tune machine‑learning and data‑science models.
• Create generative AI solutions using large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Prepare, clean, and analyze data sets required for AI initiatives.
• Evaluate model performance, assess business impact, and ensure responsible AI practices.
• Implement testing, monitoring, and documentation processes for deployed models.
• Communicate AI capabilities and limitations in clear business language.
