Senior Airport Services Agent (Cairo)

About the role

Provide high‑quality service to Emirates customers at check‑in, boarding, baggage, ticket desk and the Emirates Lounge in Cairo, ensuring compliance with commercial, safety and security standards and supporting on‑time departures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check‑in, boarding, special services and baggage handling, prioritising premium customers and ensuring efficient queue management.
• Oversee Emirates Chauffeur service, confirming eligibility and coordinating arrivals and departures.
• Handle ticketing and reservation duties, including issuing tickets, EMD/EBT, fare calculations and credit‑card verification.
• Monitor and resolve excess baggage, visa issues, missing or damaged bags, and communicate delays or denied‑boarding options to passengers.
• Prepare pre‑ and post‑flight documentation, reconcile flight coupons, and ensure accurate head‑count and safety reporting.
• Supervise contracted staff and service providers for catering, cleaning and maintenance in the lounge.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑level or equivalent with completed professional training in Customer Services, Ground Operations and Reservations.
• At least 3 years of airline industry experience, preferably in ground handling or check‑in operations.
• Right to live and work in Egypt.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and the local language.
