Senior Analyst, Credit Management

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Analyst in Credit Management to support its operations in New Cairo, Egypt. The role will focus on managing credit limits, collections, and risk mitigation while collaborating with sales, project managers, and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead weekly credit meetings with the Country Manager and Division Heads.
• Release orders in line with customer credit limits and manage order approvals.
• Handle claims communication and route client inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Identify and escalate potential bad debts to management.
• Lead daily, weekly and monthly catch‑up meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient collections.
• Analyse invoices, match them with customer payments and review payment histories.
• Follow up on monthly collections, send statements of account and confirm timely payments.
• Block or unlock customers in coordination with risk management based on credit‑officer assessments.
• Focus on overdue accounts, monitor collection performance and prepare forecasted collections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience in credit management or collections.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as French are a plus.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones or counter‑party segments.
