Senior Associate – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice in Cairo. The role focuses on securing access to systems and data by designing, implementing and governing IAM solutions on the Entra ID (Azure AD) platform.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage Entra ID tenants for identity and access management across the organization.
• Configure and maintain Entra ID security settings, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Implement and manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM) to control privileged access.
• Configure and enforce conditional access policies for corporate resources.
• Set up, maintain, and manage security groups, dynamic groups, and role‑based access control (RBAC) in Entra ID.
• Collaborate with security, IT and DevOps teams to integrate IAM solutions.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify gaps or vulnerabilities.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IAM systems.
• Develop and maintain IAM documentation, including configurations and workflows.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest IAM and Entra ID features.
• Utilize DevOps tools such as GitHub, Terraform and Azure Pipelines to automate IAM workflows.
• Integrate IAM solutions with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management, especially with Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Hands‑on experience setting up and managing Entra ID tenants.
• Expertise in Privileged Identity Management and conditional access policies.
• Familiarity with security groups, dynamic groups and RBAC.
• Ability to conduct IAM audits and produce clear documentation.
• Strong collaboration skills with security, IT and DevOps teams.
