Senior B2B Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a senior specialist to lead B2B performance marketing initiatives across global markets. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns that drive high‑quality leads and revenue for our technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid awareness and lead‑generation campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Audit and enhance conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Enhanced Conversions, and data layers.
• Integrate advertising data with CRM systems to improve attribution, targeting, and overall campaign performance.
• Build and present performance reports using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards.
• Support B2B email marketing efforts, including nurturing, retargeting, and reactivation sequences.
• Leverage first‑party and CRM data to refine audience segments and boost conversion quality.
• Stay current with emerging ad technologies, AI tools, and digital‑marketing trends.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in media buying, performance marketing, or digital acquisition.
• Proven track record in B2B environments, preferably with global reach.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to tie campaign metrics to business outcomes such as CPL, CAC, pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
