Senior Backend PHP Laravel Developer

About the role

ComplyMarket is rebuilding its core compliance platform from the ground up. As a Senior Backend PHP Laravel Developer you will design, implement, and maintain high‑performance services that power the product for enterprise customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using PHP 8+ and Laravel 12.
• Implement and extend Livewire components for reactive interfaces.
• Collaborate with frontend teams (React/Next.js) to integrate APIs and ensure end‑to‑end functionality.
• Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, contributing to schema design and optimization.
• Apply OOP principles and clean architecture to deliver maintainable, testable code.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security for enterprise deployments.
• Integrate third‑party services and APIs as needed.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Docker‑based development, and automated testing.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile technical discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Strong understanding of OOP, clean architecture, and API design.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
