Senior Bid & Proposals Manager

About the role

TGP International is looking for an experienced Senior Bid & Proposals Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development of technical bids, strategic proposals and client pitch submissions from its Cairo office. The role combines commercial acumen, technical depth and creative storytelling to produce compelling, compliant and visually exceptional submissions. You will work closely with senior leadership, Business Development and specialist departments to ensure every proposal is robust, differentiated and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full bid lifecycle – from reviewing complex RFPs to delivering polished final submissions.
• Develop proposal strategy, win messages, differentiators and overall narrative in partnership with Business Development and senior leaders.
• Translate technical scopes, methodologies and consultancy services into clear, persuasive client‑facing content.
• Manage bid plans, responsibility and compliance matrices, internal timelines and submission schedules.
• Coordinate inputs from SMEs, external partners and cross‑functional teams, ensuring technical completeness and consistency.
• Lead the creation of executive summaries, methodologies, value propositions and high‑impact pitch decks.
• Work with Finance to validate pricing, budgets and commercial assumptions, ensuring alignment between technical scope and commercial offer.
• Oversee legal and compliance reviews, manage procurement portal submissions and maintain rigorous version control.

Required profile

• Commercially minded, technically strong and creatively capable senior professional.
• Comfortable interpreting detailed tender requirements, compliance matrices and technical scopes.
• Proven ability to structure client narratives and produce executive‑level presentation materials.
• Strong coordination skills to lead cross‑functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
