Senior BIM Architect – Lead Architectural Modeling

About the role

We are seeking a Senior BIM Architect to lead the development and management of architectural BIM models for our projects in Cairo. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality designs, construction documents, and tender packages.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Revit and related tools.
• Produce detailed drawings, elevations, sections, schedules, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure clash‑free integration.
• Review and validate BIM models, specifications, and project deliverables.
• Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and client presentations.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction.
• Mentor junior architects and BIM team members.
• Contribute to BIM standards, workflows, and sustainable design initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master’s a plus).
• 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering consultancy.
• Proven experience leading BIM or architectural teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

• SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion.
• Adobe Creative Suite.
• Navisworks or similar clash‑detection software.
