Senior BIM Coordinator – ARCH-MEP

About the role

Our architectural consultancy in Cairo is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator (ARCH‑MEP) to lead the implementation of BIM standards across projects. You will shape the architectural vision, drive project delivery, and mentor a team of architects and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain BIM standards and processes.
• Coordinate architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing models.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication among multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct model auditing, quality control, and clash detection/resolution.
• Provide technical support and training to staff.
• Manage data, documentation, and progress monitoring throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of BIM coordination experience in ARCH‑MEP environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience with Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of international BIM standards (PAS 1192/ISO 19650).
• Familiarity with BSI and CSI classification standards is a plus.
