Senior BPM Developer – WebMethods

About the role

SDExtremeLimo is looking for a Senior Business Process Management Developer with deep expertise in Software AG WebMethods. The role is hybrid, based in Cairo, and focuses on designing, implementing and optimizing business processes and integrations for the company and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and model business processes using BPM/BPMN best practices.
• Develop, deploy and maintain integrations on WebMethods (Integration Server, Designer, Universal Messaging).
• Analyze existing workflows, identify improvement areas, and document new processes.
• Implement APIs, REST and SOAP services, and ensure data exchange via JSON, XML and JMS.
• Monitor process performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with security and data‑protection standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Contribute to continuous process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Software AG WebMethods.
• Strong background in BPM development and BPMN modeling.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment and deliver results within tight timelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
