Senior Brand Designer

About the role

PepsiCo’s Global Design team is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to lead visual identity work for its Food & Beverage portfolio. You will collaborate with brand, insight, media, e‑commerce and engineering teams to turn strategic concepts into compelling graphic and product executions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand design strategies for beverage and food brands.
• Drive design thinking from ideation through concept development, refinement and final production.
• Create high‑quality visual solutions for social media, digital channels and product packaging.
• Generate creative proposals, visual scenarios and concepts to communicate design intent.
• Participate in research activities and translate consumer insights into actionable design requirements.
• Own the visual identity of assigned product portfolios, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure design approvals and guide artwork production.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of brand design experience, preferably in consumer goods.
• Strong visual taste with an ability to translate briefs into compelling illustrations.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and communicating across all organizational levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with 3D design software (a plus).
• Familiarity with AI‑driven design tools.
• Ability to develop concepts through hand sketching or digital software.
