Senior Brand Executive

About the role

The Senior Brand Executive will drive brand consistency and presence across every touchpoint. Working closely with internal and external teams, you will support brand strategy, plan and run campaigns, and create content that makes complex financial ideas clear and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence and market position, including creation of new brands.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness and engagement.
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all channels and develop brand assets.
• Create engaging written, visual, and video content, and develop educational material for financial literacy.
• Keep digital platforms such as websites and chatbots up to date.
• Gather audience insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform planning.
• Collaborate with research and other business teams to turn expertise into audience‑ready content.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools, including AI platforms.
• Ensure compliance with AML/CTF regulations and complete required training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, advertising or content creation.
• Strong writing ability with excellent fact‑checking, proofreading and narrative skills.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning insights into digestible content.
• Project‑management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Goal‑oriented self‑starter who can operate independently.
