Senior Business Developer – European Market

About the role

Future Group, a global leader in translation and localization services, is looking for an energetic Senior Business Developer to expand its presence across the European market. Based in Egypt, you will work hybrid, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and approach potential B2B clients throughout Europe using cold calling, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain long‑term professional relationships, delivering tailored business solutions.
• Present engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate the company’s value proposition.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure high client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and continuously improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales reports to track progress against targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in translation, localization, or language services.
• Proven exposure to the European market.
• Background in call‑center or inside sales is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
