Senior Business Development Consultant – B2B

About the role

The Address Investments is seeking a Senior Business Development Consultant to drive B2B growth across its real‑estate portfolio in Egypt and the Middle East. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting tailored project options and securing high‑value deals that align with their budgets and investment goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close B2B deals to generate sustained revenue.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets through effective account management and pipeline development.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance, revenue, expenses and forecasts for senior management.
• Identify emerging markets and stay updated on product offerings and competition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of proven experience in business development, account management or sales within the real‑estate sector.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.
