Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to build and maintain long‑term client relationships, acquire new customers and drive revenue growth for almentor, the leading Arabic video‑learning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with existing clients to retain and expand accounts.
• Prospect, negotiate and close new business deals from start to finish, meeting individual and team targets.
• Drive upsell and cross‑sell initiatives to increase revenue and improve client ROI.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints within agreed service‑level agreements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing and other internal teams to shape go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 3–6 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the e‑learning/ed‑tech sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Customer‑support experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot preferred).
