Senior Canadian Immigration Specialist (Cairo-Based)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Canadian immigration professional to join our Cairo office in a hybrid capacity. The role operates on Canadian business hours, requiring evening and night shifts in Egypt to align with our North American headquarters and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end immigration cases, including Express Entry streams, Provincial Nominee Programs, LMIA‑based work permits, ICT/GTS permits, study permits, and family sponsorships.
• Provide strategic, legal, and empathetic advice to individual and corporate clients during Canadian business hours.
• Ensure all application packages are error‑free and fully compliant with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Regulations (IRPR).
• Collaborate closely with North American teams to drive case progress and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience handling full‑cycle Canadian immigration files in a consultancy or law‑firm setting.
• Willingness to work evening/night shifts in Cairo to match Canadian time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal English; French is a strong plus.
• RCIC designation in good standing or a relevant legal background is highly preferred.
