Senior Canadian Immigration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Canadian immigration professional to join our Cairo office in a hybrid capacity. The role operates on Canadian business hours, requiring evening and night shifts in Egypt to align with our North American headquarters and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Canadian immigration cases, including Express Entry streams, Provincial Nominee Programs, LMIA, work permits, study permits, and family sponsorships.
• Provide premium advisory services to individual and corporate clients, delivering clear, legally compliant guidance during Canadian business hours.
• Ensure high‑quality, error‑free application packages that fully comply with IRPA and IRPR regulations.
• Collaborate closely with North American teams to drive case progress and maintain seamless cross‑border communication.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience handling full‑cycle Canadian immigration files within a consultancy or law firm.
• Willingness to work evening/night shifts in Cairo to match Canadian time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal English; French is a strong plus.
• RCIC designation in good standing or a legal background is highly preferred.
