Senior Cloud Security Engineer – Cyber Security (Senior Associate)

About the role

PWC's new Technology & Innovation Centre in Cairo is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer at Senior Associate level. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality cyber‑security and cloud‑security services to global consulting clients, helping shape the centre’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive configuration reviews of cloud and on‑premise assets, including network and security appliances, Windows, Unix and Linux systems.
• Validate assessment scope, develop checklists based on vendor best practices and industry frameworks such as CIS Controls and NIST.
• Identify security gaps, misconfigurations, and policy deviations in firewalls, access control lists and other security controls.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve the organization’s security posture.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure implementation of packaged applications (SAP, Oracle) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Required profile
