Senior Collection & Tax Specialist – Alexandria

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Collection & Tax Specialist to join our growing team in Alexandria. The role combines receivables management, tax compliance, and banking coordination to support healthy cash flow for a large‑scale construction and consultancy firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all company receivables, client payments, installments and outstanding balances.
• Conduct regular collection activities, negotiate payment schedules and settlement plans.
• Follow up on post‑dated cheques, due payments and collection status.
• Handle banking transactions and liaise with banks regarding company accounts.
• Prepare and submit tax documents, ensuring compliance with Egyptian VAT, Payroll Tax, Withholding Tax and E‑Invoice regulations.
• Coordinate with the Junior Accountant on accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Monitor financial commitments and assist management in cash‑flow planning and collection strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in collections, taxation, accounting or finance.
• Experience in engineering consultancy, construction, real‑estate development or design‑build environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and filing procedures.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the company externally.
• Resident of Alexandria.
