Senior Compensation Specialist – HR

About the role

The Senior Compensation Specialist is responsible for executing compensation operations including offers, promotions, end‑of‑service processing, benchmarking, and compensation planning activities. The role supports data accuracy, timely reporting, and compensation processes across the organization in alignment with company policies and market standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and validate job offers to ensure competitiveness, grading alignment, and internal equity.
• Execute end‑of‑service settlements, handling documentation and approvals.
• Support the promotions cycle by preparing data and validating eligibility.
• Participate in the year‑end compensation exercise, identify gaps and conduct benchmarking activities.
• Contribute to the manpower pricing plan with data consolidation and reporting.
• Ensure systems and data are ready for all compensation‑related processes.
• Maintain high data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
• Generate compensation KPI reports and insights using Power BI and Excel.
• Participate in internal and external benchmarking across grades and job families.
• Respond to ad‑hoc compensation requests, audits, and analysis needs.
• Control the position catalog to ensure structure and grading accuracy.
• Handle employee transfers and routine actions according to compensation guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in compensation and HR operations.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Relevant certifications in compensation or data analytics are a plus.
