Senior Corporate Lawyer – Legal Advisor

About the role

TechnoBit Group is seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to provide expert legal guidance across all aspects of its manufacturing and trade operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support strategic business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on legal matters affecting operations, contracts, and business activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as supplier, distributor, and joint‑venture contracts.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international laws related to manufacturing, trade, and export.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, disputes, and negotiations with authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Develop internal policies and procedures to reduce legal risk.
• Monitor new legislation and industry trends impacting the business.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and coordinate outsourced legal work.
• Conduct legal training and awareness sessions for employees.
• Maintain accurate legal documentation, records, and reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal affairs, preferably in manufacturing or construction materials.
• Strong expertise in contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of local and international trade laws.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical abilities.
• Fluent English (Arabic a plus) and high ethical standards.
