Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Nawy Proptech is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to turn complex data sets into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the business. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements, build visualisations and support data‑informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather business requirements and address data challenges.
• Prioritise and execute projects based on business impact.
• Analyse, interpret and communicate data to stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations to track key performance metrics.
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Deliver ad‑hoc analysis to support management decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL – complex queries and query optimisation.
• Data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker or PowerBI.
• Hands‑on experience with programming languages.
• Understanding of statistical concepts.
• Familiarity with data‑warehouse development and data modelling.
