Senior DevOps Engineer – Fintech

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a leading fintech platform that handles loans, payments and digital wallets. You will be responsible for building, securing and scaling high‑performance financial services, ensuring reliability and zero‑downtime deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for core financial applications.
• Manage hybrid cloud‑on‑premise infrastructure using Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools.
• Monitor system performance, transaction flow and optimise for high availability.
• Apply security best practices including encryption, access control and secrets management.
• Integrate payment gateways and other financial services.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to embed DevSecOps practices.
• Maintain logging, monitoring and compliance standards.
• Design and test disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure roles.
• Proven experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Hands‑on experience building CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Strong Linux administration background.
• Experience in fintech environments (payments, wallets, loans) is a plus.
