Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Lean Technologies, a fast‑growing MENA fintech, is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer for its new Cairo office. You will own the design, automation and reliability of a hybrid cloud platform that powers payments, data and lending services across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters across GCP, OCI and on‑premise environments.
• Design and automate secure CI/CD pipelines for micro‑services using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Terraform, Ansible and GitOps practices for multi‑region, multi‑environment setups.
• Build and operate monitoring, observability and alerting stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK).
• Troubleshoot complex issues spanning networking, Linux internals, Kubernetes and cloud‑native applications.
• Ensure platform security, performance and high availability in a regulated, mission‑critical environment.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, SRE or cloud engineering.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced fintech or similarly regulated domains.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously in a diverse, multi‑national team.
