About the role

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and business growth. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a cohesive strategy across online, offline, and on‑ground activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and market presence.
• Lead planning and execution of holistic strategies covering digital, traditional, and on‑site activations.
• Manage marketing budgets to achieve measurable ROI and meet financial targets.
• Oversee creative direction and media planning, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with sales, PR, design, and digital teams for seamless integration of initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance using data‑driven insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain and grow relationships with agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Manage multiple holding accounts, ensuring effective reporting and accountability.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on real‑estate marketing.
• Proven track record in planning and executing 360° online/offline campaigns.
• Strong understanding of media planning, branding, and campaign management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Mass Communication degree is a plus.
• Relevant marketing diplomas or certifications are advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
