Senior Electrical Engineer – Low Current Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer specialized in low‑current systems to join our sales team. You will work on commercial, governmental and industrial projects, providing technical expertise and accurate cost estimates.

Key responsibilities

• Estimate and prepare bills of quantities with pricing for fire‑alarm, CCTV, access control and PA systems.
• Prepare technical submittals, workshop drawings and material take‑offs from project drawings.
• Verify design compatibility and fitness of proposals for low‑current systems.
• Support sales representatives with technical design, field inquiries and client meetings.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to obtain quotes, designs and pricing options.
• Maintain a collaborative team environment and ensure timely follow‑up on all technical matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with low‑current system manufacturers.
• Strong English communication skills.
• High level of communication, leadership, self‑motivation and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Fire‑alarm systems (Bosch, Honeywell, Edwards, Simplex, Tyco).
• CCTV and access‑control systems.
• Public address (PA) systems.
• AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bill of quantities estimation and material take‑off.
• Technical submittal preparation.
