Senior Finance Manager - Regions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead group financial operations and governance across all operating jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have a strong Big 4 background and be able to drive a high‑performing finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of annual financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS or local standards.
• Lead consolidation of financial data from multiple entities and support budgeting and treasury activities.
• Manage external audit coordination, address audit queries and implement improvement recommendations.
• Design and maintain robust internal controls, driving continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with treasury, tax, commercial finance and senior leadership to provide insights and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably with a Big 4 audit or advisory background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, ACCA or ACA certification required.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.
