Senior Front End Engineer

About the role

RemoFirst is building a global HR platform that lets companies hire, pay and manage talent anywhere. As a Senior Front End Engineer you will shape the user experience of a fast‑growing, fully remote product used by Fortune 500 firms and innovative startups.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise scalable front‑end features with React.js and modern TypeScript.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn wireframes into accessible, maintainable code.
• Implement responsive and adaptive layouts for consistent experiences across devices.
• Own front‑end architecture and component design within your domain.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs, understand data flows and performance implications.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, benchmark and optimise the application.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation and debugging production issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with React.js and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to deliver responsive, high‑performance web applications.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and clear communication in English.
