Senior Front-End Software Engineer (Remote)

About the role

As a Senior Front‑End Engineer at Bask Health you will work directly with the CEO and CTO to design and build the core software infrastructure that powers a multi‑tenant telehealth platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality, AI‑augmented product experiences for real patients and care teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship end‑to‑end product features using Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind.
• Own the full stack flow from UI components through tRPC APIs to the database, eliminating handoffs.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude and Cursor to prototype, generate code, and iterate quickly.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, reliability, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Required profile

• Full‑stack generalist with 6+ years of experience taking products from 0 to 1.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced startup.
• Strong communicator who can clearly articulate technical constraints and timelines.
• Experience building paid products or services is preferred.
