Senior Frontend Developer (Sitecore Headless / Next.js)

About the role

Arcsen, a global technology consulting firm serving clients across EMEA, is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript and Sitecore Headless. You will join a large-scale enterprise Digital Experience Platform (DXP) project building high-performance, multilingual, multi-country websites integrated with Sitecore CMS, enterprise backend APIs and customer-facing digital services. The workplace is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise websites with Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Build Sitecore headless components using Sitecore Content SDK / JSS and Experience Edge GraphQL.
• Turn UX/UI designs into responsive, reusable, accessible components and integrate Sitecore content, templates and components.
• Implement multilingual sites, localization and Arabic RTL layouts.
• Connect the frontend to REST and GraphQL APIs, and use SSR, SSG and ISR where appropriate.
• Optimize performance, Core Web Vitals, caching, image loading and bundle size; implement SEO best practices and WCAG 2.2 accessibility.
• Support authentication flows, secure API consumption and error handling.
• Collaborate with Sitecore architects and backend teams, take part in code reviews, sprint planning and effort estimation, and write unit, integration and end-to-end tests.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and uphold code quality standards.

Required profile

• 4-7 years of professional frontend experience, including at least 2 years with React and Next.js in production.
• Experience with Sitecore Headless / XM Cloud / SitecoreAI or another enterprise headless CMS.
• Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs, responsive design and component-based architecture.
• Experience with multilingual websites and Arabic RTL support.
• Knowledge of SSR, SSG, ISR, caching, performance optimization, SEO, Core Web Vitals and accessibility.
• Experience with Git, pull requests, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Good English communication and problem-solving skills.
