About the role
NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert to provide high‑quality technical assistance for the EU‑funded “Egypt Downtown Facility” project. The role focuses on strengthening governance, public administration reform and institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance on governance, public administration reform and organisational improvement for Egyptian ministries and public authorities.
- Conduct institutional assessments, functional reviews and capacity‑needs analyses to inform reform strategies.
- Develop concrete reform recommendations, action plans and implementation guidelines.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in public administration, political science, governance, law, institutional development or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in governance, public administration reform, institutional development and working with ministries or public authorities.
- Fluent in English (C1) and Arabic (C1).
