About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the end‑to‑end creative execution of premium design projects for a multinational advertising group. The role focuses on translating complex marketing objectives and client briefs into intuitive, customer‑centric visual solutions while maintaining strict brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full creative cycle from concept through production for both digital and print assets.
• Audit incoming files and assets to ensure compliance with print limitations, web constraints, and corporate brand guidelines.
• Optimize workflow and delivery timelines in a highly collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a user‑focused approach, ensuring the customer experience is central to every design decision.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience within professional marketing or advertising agencies.
• Self‑motivated brand guardian with a strong team orientation.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high‑quality assets against tight, complex deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced understanding of image resolution, formatting constraints, and technical specifications for both digital web and physical print layouts.
