Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer leads the creation and delivery of high‑impact visual content for retainer clients and strategic brand initiatives. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will transform creative concepts into compelling designs that reflect brand identity and meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visual designs for digital, print, social media, events and experiential formats.
• Translate creative concepts into layouts and assets that support brand and campaign goals.
• Maintain consistent branding, typography and visual tone across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the Creative Manager and other teams to develop and refine visual concepts.
• Own design projects from briefing through final delivery, managing timelines and resources.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools and best practices, including emerging AI technologies.
• Adapt designs for different platforms, formats and audience segments.
• Provide direction and mentorship to the creative team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Oversee execution of projects across print, digital, video and experiential media.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 6 + years of professional experience as a senior graphic designer.
• Background in luxury, fashion or lifestyle sectors preferred.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage projects under tight deadlines.
• Proven leadership and team‑collaboration abilities.
• Well‑versed in current design trends and digital platforms.
