Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

El Mazeed Technology is looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to lead its design efforts and drive creative strategies. You will create visually stunning assets that resonate with audiences across branding, marketing, and product channels while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align designs with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualisation and creation of visual designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations and more.
• Develop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines and templates to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Development teams to align visuals with target audience preferences and company objectives.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools and best practices, incorporating innovative techniques such as AI‑assisted design.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers or freelancers and optimise all designs for both digital and print mediums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (preferable).
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to present ideas and lead design discussions.
• Experience with AI‑assisted design tools for marketing purposes.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Figma.
• Canva.
• AI‑assisted design tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and branding.
• Motion graphics, animation or video editing (desirable).
