Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Monglish Academy is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to shape and maintain its visual identity across all marketing channels. You will create high‑quality designs for social media, digital ads, websites, presentations and promotional materials, turning marketing concepts into compelling visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and uphold consistent branding, typography, colour palettes and design standards.
• Create assets for social media campaigns, digital advertising, website graphics and promotional collateral.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content and Media Buying teams to deliver effective creative materials.
• Review and refine existing designs based on feedback and performance data.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or digital environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding and digital design skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or Figma is a plus.
