Senior GRC Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

Invictux is seeking a Senior GRC Cybersecurity Engineer to join its on‑site team in Egypt. You will lead the design, implementation, and management of governance, risk, and compliance programs that protect critical OT/ICS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GRC frameworks aligned with ISO 27001, NIST and other industry standards.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement appropriate security controls.
• Secure network infrastructure, applications and information assets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on risk mitigation and continuous improvement of security posture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience working with GRC frameworks and cybersecurity standards.
• Proven ability to manage complex security projects in industrial environments.
