Senior HR Generalist

About the role

The company is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to lead recruitment, onboarding, training and employee lifecycle activities. You will act as a key partner for managers and staff, ensuring HR processes are efficient and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Implement end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection, to meet hiring targets and replace resignations.
• Build and maintain a talent pool by engaging with colleges, community services, employment agencies and posting on recruitment and social media platforms.
• Conduct exit interviews, complete termination paperwork and track monthly turnover rates.
• Prepare and manage job offers, ensuring they are signed and documented.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics such as laptops, email accounts, office space and furniture for new hires.
• Deliver orientation sessions and update the organization structure as changes occur.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness, analyze training needs and design or modify courses accordingly.
• Arrange ongoing technical and personal development training for staff.
• Generate HR reports (scorecards, progress, turnover) to monitor recruitment and training performance.
• Maintain the performance management system, conduct appraisals and support OD with HR forms, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Certificate in Human Resources Management.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
