Senior Inbound Sales Representative – Umrah Travel

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Inbound Sales Representative to manage the end‑to‑end sales journey for Umrah travel packages. You will engage prospective pilgrims across multiple digital channels, understand their needs and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Own the inbound sales pipeline from initial enquiry to confirmed booking, responding via phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Qualify prospects by assessing travel dates, budget, group size, mobility requirements and spiritual expectations, then recommend suitable Umrah packages.
• Drive revenue through upselling and cross‑selling of upgrades, private transport, extended stays, tours and premium services.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track enquiries, quotations, follow‑ups and bookings, and ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
• Monitor and forecast sales performance, analyse conversion rates and lead quality across website, paid campaigns and referral channels.
• Provide market and customer insights to Marketing and Leadership to improve campaigns, pricing and competitive positioning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, build long‑term relationships and ensure smooth handover to Operations.
• Stay updated on Saudi visa regulations, airline schedules, hotel availability and seasonal demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in inbound, inside or consultative sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, luxury services or high‑consideration consumer products.
• Previous experience selling Umrah or Hajj packages is a plus.
