Senior Industrial & Process Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Industrial & Process Engineer to lead the analysis, development and optimisation of production and operational processes at our facility in 10th of Ramadan City. The role will focus on improving efficiency, quality and cost‑effectiveness while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, develop and optimise production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste and inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
• Design, install, commission and validate new equipment and processes.
• Prepare technical reports, process documentation and performance analyses.
• Train and supervise production teams on new machines and technologies.
• Monitor machine performance, recommend improvements and manage engineering changes on the line.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement and quality teams to achieve operational objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing or related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong understanding of process optimisation, production systems and quality management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.

• AutoCAD, SolidWorks and other CAD tools.
• Data analysis and process‑improvement software.
• Mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics and rotating equipment.
• Manufacturing processes, fabrication, machining, welding and assembly techniques.
