Senior Instock Associate – Noon Minutes

About the role

Noon is expanding its ultra‑fast delivery service, Noon Minutes, across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. The Senior Instock Associate will own stock availability and inventory health for assigned food and non‑food categories, ensuring customers receive their orders within 15 minutes.

Key responsibilities

• Own in‑stock performance and availability for assigned categories.
• Build and maintain demand forecasts, replenishment plans and lead the S&OP cycle.
• Monitor stock levels, out‑of‑stock (OOS) rates, overstock and waste.
• Plan and optimise warehouse space and capacity utilisation.
• Support promotions and seasonal planning.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial and Operations teams.
• Provide actionable insights from sales, inventory and space‑utilisation data.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in Instock, Supply Planning or Inventory Management within e‑commerce, retail or FMCG.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication with all relevant stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
