Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive media strategies tailored to client goals.
• Identify optimal media channels (TV, radio, print, OOH, digital) to reach target audiences.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform planning decisions.
• Build detailed media plans with timelines, budgets, and channel allocations.
• Manage campaign implementation and launch across selected platforms.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Monitor performance using data‑driven insights and adjust tactics to maximize ROI.
• Allocate budgets efficiently, track spending, and provide financial performance reports.
• Negotiate rates and secure cost‑effective placements with media vendors.
• Champion emerging media tools and technologies to keep strategies innovative.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in media planning (online and offline).
• Deep understanding of traditional and digital media channels, including TV, radio, outdoors, and digital platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities with a talent for turning insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
