Senior Internal Auditor – SAP & FMCG Expertise

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to join My Way Egypt Group, a leading FMCG and direct‑selling company. The role will focus on risk‑based audits across our multi‑entity, multi‑branch network, ensuring compliance with IFRS, Egyptian regulations and internal policies while leveraging SAP ERP data.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in preparing the annual risk‑based audit plan.
• Perform financial, operational, compliance and IT audits across departments and branches.
• Evaluate internal controls, conduct walkthroughs and document processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IFRS and local Egyptian regulations.
• Review SAP transactions, document types, number ranges and assess system authorization matrices (Segregation of Duties).
• Perform data analytics on SAP reports such as GL, AR, AP, Inventory and Assets.
• Identify control gaps, conduct risk assessments and ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare professional audit reports with findings classified by risk level.
• Follow up on corrective actions with department heads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Professional certification preferred (CIA, CPA, CMA, ACCA).
• 5–7 years of internal audit experience in FMCG, retail or manufacturing.
• Proven experience auditing multi‑branch or large group structures.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax laws and labor regulations.

Required skills

• SAP ERP – FI/CO, MM, SD modules.
• Advanced Excel.
• Data analytics.
• Knowledge of IFRS and internal control frameworks.
